Liverpool vs FC Barcelona
The match in Barcelona seems to be enough to make clear who is more entitled to a place in the final. Messi was of course the great man at Barcelona. In exactly fourteen (!) Years, he scored six hundred goals for Barça. And that six hundredth also meant the 3-0 against Liverpool. Even Virgil van Dijk, the best player in the Premier League, couldn’t do anything about that. Van Dijk did not play a bad game at all, but it is hard to stop FC Barcelona in shape. Luis Suarez also showed to be in excellent shape and opened the score.
Mo Salah did not come out completely at Liverpool, and Mané stood out because of stupidity. A shame, because these players have the qualities that could be an extra weapon for Liverpool. Another weapon is the public on Anfield Road. They will also provide an unprecedented atmosphere in this semi-final of the Champions League.
Whether that will be enough for a stunt is doubtful. 3-0 is a lot, and the Barcelona class is of course great.
The Spaniards are in the final with one and a half leg. Just pull them back …
