The decision comes in the context in which the crisis caused by the coronavirus has been prolonged in the countries of Europe. “Following the crisis caused by COVID-19, UEFA decided to postpone the finals scheduled initially for May this year: the Champions League Final, the Champions League Women’s Soccer Final and the Europa League Final”, according to the UEFA press release.
