Brazil vs Paraguay
Brazil will face Paraguay in the Copa America quarter-finals on Friday (28/06). On paper, Brazil is very seeded to advance to the semifinals.
Brazil itself performed very well in the group phase. Brazil managed to finish as Group A champions with a score of 7 points from 3 matches. Brazil beat Bolivia 3-0 in the first match. Step Brazil was held back which was only able to play a goalless draw against Venezuela in the second match. But in the third match, Brazil went crazy again by shaving Peru with a score of 5-0.
Meanwhile, prospective opponents Paraguay were not in a convincing performance after qualifying for the last 8 thanks to luck. Seeing Paraguay’s tracks in the last group stage perfunctory made their chances so small as to make a surprise in the quarter-finals.
