Glebe North vs Sligo Rovers
The Ireland FAI Cup event has begun and one of the matches in round 1 presents a match between Glebe North who plays host to Sligo Rovers at Market Green. Unfortunately, although they get the advantage of playing at their own base, Glebe North is not superior in this fight, because the quality and strength are not comparable with Sligo Rovers.
Glebe North is the representative of the Irish Amateur League, appearing in round 1 alone has become an achievement for them. In fact history recorded the last time they took part in this event in 2016 when they were immediately eliminated fallen against Ringmahon Rangers and previously also in 2011 they lost to Douglas Hall.
So you can say that Glebe North’s experience in joining this event is very minimal, compared to Sligo Rovers, of course it is still far away. Although Sligo Rovers was eliminated last year because of losing to Longford Town, but every year they take part in this event. Because Sligo Rovers are representatives of the Premier League or the Irish First Division.
Sligor Rovers were fortunate to meet a team of Glebe North’s classmates, because Sligo Rovers was able to correct their failure last season to advance to the second round. Glebe North, whose quality is far below, Sligo Rovers is trusted even though it is lowering the layered squad or young players can still win easily. It’s likely that Glebe North has been eliminated again.
Our Prediction: Under 3.5
Odds: 1.66
