Besiktas JK vs Alanyaspor
Disaster earlier this month postponed Besiktas ambitions to rise to runner-up position. Well, they want to pursue that dream when facing Alanyaspor on match day 32 of the Super League. They acted as host to hold a match at the Vodafone Arena.
At that time Besiktas went to the Galatasaray headquarters which was chasing a peak, and they had to acknowledge the home side’s advantage through Henry Onyekuru and Fernando goals without giving a reply. The victory also succeeded in realizing the dream of the host, while Besiktas was held in position 3 with a distance of 4 points from the runner-up.
Opportunities are still very open because Besiktas won five previous matches, including 3 home games 1-0, 2-1 and 4-1 against Goztepe, Istanbul Basaksehir and Ankaragucu. It was only how coach Senol Gunes guarded the motivation of his students.
From the side next door, Alanyaspor also failed to win points earlier this month after being badly humiliated by Konyaspor at home; they surrendered with a score of 2-4 after Omer Ali Sahiner and Paolo Hurtado contributed to the visitors in the second half.
The defeat was Konyaspor’s worst report card after wrapping up 2 wins and 2 draws during April. The bad news, the whole draw yesterday was received when playing away with a 1-1 score against Yeni Malatyaspor and Kayserispor, which of course became a bad feeling before the visit to Vodafone Arena.
Alanyaspor also had to be willing to share a draw with Besiktas in the first game of the season as the host. In fact, it was the first points received after always losing for the previous four matches.
