Japan vs Mongolia
Japan won a clean victory in the first week of World Cup qualification in 2022. The second game later they want to maintain momentum when visited by Mongolia. The match opens Thursday (10/10) evening at Saitama Stadium.
Japan accepts away duty in its first match. However, they managed to overcome the pressure by bringing a score of 0-2 from the host Myanmar. Goal was opened by Shoya Nakajima in the 16th minute ‘and added another by Takumi Minamino in the 26th minute’.
Mongolia also successfully won in its inaugural party with a score of 1-0 against Myanmar. Unfortunately, they immediately lost the second party with the same score against Tajikistan. This result also makes them only ranked 3 in Group F, while watching the visitors advance to the top.
Japan is predicted to be able to follow in Tajikistan’s footsteps. In addition to winning in the first match, don’t forget they also succeeded in appearing as Asian Cup finalists, although they had to watch Qatar win 1-3.
