FC Copenhagen vs Crvena Zvezda
FC Copenhagen still has a heavy task in the third phase of UCL qualification. They were determined to secure the next ticket when challenged by Red Star Belgrade in the second leg at Parken Stadium.
FC Copenhagen acted as the visitors in the first leg, and managed to steal a 1-1 position through Jonas Wind’s penalty six minutes before disbanding. Last Friday (9/8) they appeared again, this time in the Danish League and won 2-0 over Lyngby.
The score also made the children more confident because the draw at the Red Star cage became the worst result since July, while the remaining 5 managed to come out as winners. Not to mention the fact that tomorrow they will play at home.
Meanwhile, Red Star Belgrade also performed once after yesterday’s match, and managed to win 2-0 over Mladost Lucani. The capital will be used to raise the morale of the players after receiving a bad report card in the away match, which brought a score of glasses from FK Suduva headquarters in the first round, then lost 2-0 at HJK in the second round.
With such a trend, Red Star Belgrade is predicted to have difficulty returning to tomorrow’s match, especially if FC Copenhagen will be supported by its own public and a very impressive record. It is likely they will lose here.
